• Battery Benefit — 50% off one replacement battery within two years to boost endurance (Hagul series excluded).

Eligibility & How to Enroll

• Purchase window: Enroll within 30 days of buying your scooter.
• All sales channels supported: No matter where you purchased, email your receipt and product serial number to support@sublue.com to register and receive follow-up service from our dedicated after-sales team.

Availability & Service Network

• Available regions: United States, Europe, and China. (Sublue operates after-sales centers in the U.S. and Europe; China service is handled via the official support network.)

Coverage Notes

• Warranty addresses functional faults; normal-use cosmetic wear (e.g., scratches/marks) isn’t covered.
